In 'rediscovered testimony,' George Tenet "told Congress in February 2001 that Iraq was 'probably' pursuing chemical and biological weapons programs but that the CIA had no direct evidence that Iraq had actually obtained such weapons," reports Raw Story. A report on the motivation of a failed suicide bomber, who lost three brothers in Iraq, mentions that the CIA "recently warned that a new generation of jihadists was being trained in the Iraq war, and that these fighters could soon take their cause to other countries."
