FactCheck.Org Joins Anti-Social Security Lynch Mob

Call it speaking untruth to power. Until recently, FactCheck.Org had a well-deserved reputation for exposing and correcting the lies of elected officials. But in the article, “Democrats Deny Social Security’s Red Ink,” [1] FactCheck is guilty of distorting the truth, and the politicians it criticizes get it right. The media watchdog has now joined the chorus of elite media outlets hell-bent on convincing a wary public that Social Security will not be there for them.
