GOP Again Tries to Kill Net Neutrality With Spending Bill Rider
by Karl BodeThe GOP continues to try and gut net neutrality using fine print. Republicans have buried an anti-net neutrality rider into a government spending bill that would prohibit the Federal Communications Commission from enforcing the agency's open Internet rules.
