[Note]: I'm under the weather today. So here's a reprise diary from late last summer that I think still speaks quite well to the tasks we face.Wal-Mart is the dominant corporate model of our time, the same way that General Motors was during the New Deal Era. If we want to change the norms that govern our world, it pays to look at Wal-Mart as a way to understand just what those norms are and where they came from. This diary is divided into three parts.
